Exchanges
We stand behind every bundle we sell. Our return policy is designed to protect you — while ensuring the integrity of the product every KusayeLuxe customer receives.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of confirmed delivery.
Hair must be uninstalled, unaltered, and in original condition — bundled with the tag still attached, unworn, and in its original sealed packaging.
Hair that has been installed, colored, cut, washed, or otherwise altered from its original state is not eligible for return under any circumstances.
Wigs and custom orders are final sale.
How to Initiate a Return
Email hello@kusayeluxe.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief reason.
Our team will respond within 24 hours with a return authorization number and prepaid shipping label.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for a different length, texture, or quantity on uninstalled hair within 7 days of delivery.
To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return and specify the replacement item in your email.
If the exchange item is higher in value, you will be invoiced for the difference. If lower, the difference will be refunded.
Exchange items ship within 1–2 business days of receiving your return.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
We will send a replacement immediately — no return required, no argument.
This is our quality promise to you. KusayeLuxe does not argue defects. We fix them.
Non-Returnable Items
Installed hair — any length, texture, or weight.
Custom orders and made-to-request items.
Sale items marked "Final Sale."
Hair accessories, tools, and care products (for hygiene reasons).
Digital magazine subscriptions.
Our Guarantee
Every KusayeLuxe bundle comes with a 7-day shedding-free guarantee from date of installation.
If you experience excessive shedding within the first 7 days under normal installation and care conditions, we will replace your bundle.
This guarantee reflects our absolute confidence in the quality of our hair. We would not sell anything we would not wear ourselves.
