At KusayeLuxe, your order is handled with the same precision that went into creating it. Every package leaves our facility as a considered luxury experience — not just a shipment.

Delivery Options

Processing Time

Every order ships within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST Monday–Friday are processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the following business day. You will receive a tracking notification via email the moment your package departs our facility.

During high-volume periods (launches, restocks, holidays), processing may extend to 3 business days. We will communicate any delays proactively via email.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

International orders are shipped via DHL Express or FedEx International. Delivery times range from 5–12 business days depending on destination. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Every KusayeLuxe order arrives in a weighted matte black box with a gold foil logo seal, tissue wrap in KusayeLuxe ivory, a brand ribbon, and a handwritten-style care card. This is not packaging — it is the first moment of the KusayeLuxe experience.

Orders over $300 include a complimentary KusayeLuxe satin care pouch and a personalized welcome note.

Issues & Claims

We take full responsibility for our delivery promise.

If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at hello@kusayeluxe.com with your order number and photos if applicable. We will resolve it — no question, no back-and-forth.

KusayeLuxe is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier but missing at the address. We recommend shipping to a secure location. Contact the carrier directly and file a claim, then copy us so we can assist in the resolution.
